Imagine- Vidal Sassoon
Tomorrow evening, 22nd November, on BBC 1 at 10.35pm, you can see a biopic that details the significance of Vidal Sassoon’s hairdressing career as well his early life, which included seven years in an orphanage and time as a soldier in the Israeli army. The programme includes interviews with Mary Quant and John Frieda.

TV Programmes of Interest This Week
There are two TV programmes this week that might be of interest. The first is Skin Deep: the business of beauty which is a consumer show exploring the downside of treatments in the hair and beauty industry. Episode 1 (on screen tonight, 8.30pm on BBC3) includes a student who after visiting a salon for hair extensions was left with a bald patch.
