TV Programme Tonight Featuring A Look Back at Hairstyles in Britain Over The Past 60 Years
Watch BBC Four at 9.00pm -10.00 pm tonight (13th November) to see the iconic hairstyles of Britain over the past 60 years. Timeshift: Bouffants, Beehives and Bobs: The Hairstyles that Shaped Britain looks at styles created by hairdressing legends such as Raymond 'Teasy Weasy' and Vidal Sassoon. So, if you want to see styles such as the beehive, mullet and 1970s 'big-hair' created by perms, don't forget to watch or record this programme. It will be repeated on BBC Four at 3.00pm tomorrow and next Tuesday at 12.15am (signed programme).

Here's some great news for those of you looking for the Library and E-Resources portal page.
We now have a new Library and E-resources tab that will take
you directly to the Library home page. You can still hover over 'student' or
'staff' to bring up the 'Library' option. The link to the Athens
page has also been renamed 'E-Resources' to make it clearer what this
area contains. You will still have access to exactly the same set of
resources.
