Library Resources over the Christmas Vacation

Just a reminder that the Library closes at 12.00 noon today for the Christmas vacation until Monday 6th January 2014. If you are looking for resources and have access to the Internet, you will still be able to access the Library portal page and the online journals and ebooks until the Library reopens on 6th January.

Christmas Loan Dates

If you currently have any books due for return on Monday 6th January, we have now extended the due date for those books to Tuesday 7th January, to ensure that users will continue to receive a text message the day before their items are due. You may of course still return your books on Monday 6th January if this suits you better. All other loan dates are unaffected.

Don't forget to check the due dates on any books that you have out on loan, so that you can renew any that you would like to use over Christmas and return them on the correct date when the College opens on 6th January.

For those of you intending to do some studying during the Christmas vacation, here are the Christmas opening hours for Richmond House Library and Summer Row Library. The online resources will continue to be available from home during the Christmas closure, so you might want to make use of the ebooks and online journals during this time.

Clothes Show Live 2013

The Clothes Show Live 2013, will be taking place next weekend, 6th-7th December, at the NEC Birmingham.  Many celebrities will be at the event, click here to see who they are.
