Clothes Show Live

The Clothes Show Live  2016 is taking place at the NEC 2- 6th December. This will be the last Clothes Show Live taking place in Birmingham. It's sad to see it leave Birmingham after 27 years but it will be moving to Liverpool next year, and become The British Style Collective, which will be spread across 5 Liverpool locations next year from 7th - 9th July 2017.

UCB Specialist Hair and Media Make-Up Student on TV Next Week

Well done to one of our Specialist Hair and Media Make-Up students who will be appearing on a Channel 4 programme, Extreme Makeovers: On Fleek, which you can see at 10pm on November 8th. Read about Stephanie Harrison and her wonderful achievement here.

Clad Design Magazine

The latest CLAD design magazine is now available. There are lots of interesting features in CLAD about spa and sport developments including a floating bamboo spa (page 26) and a new Californian baseball stadium (page 32) so it's worth checking out.

These books were created by two of our UCB Specialist Hair and Media Make-up students as part of their course. If you would like to have a look at them you can see them on the Richmond House Library new books display stand. Copies of these, and other Specialist Hair and Media Make-up student books, are also available at Summer Row Library.
