100 Years of British Vogue Celebrated - TV Programme

There's a TV programme of interest on BBC2 9.00pm-10.00pm today, Absolutely Fabulous: Inside British Vogue.  TV cameras have been filming behind closed doors for the first time as British Vogue celebrates its centenary. This is the first of two episodes (episode 2 is on 15th September) and sees the front cover of the magazine being changed to appeal to a younger audience. 

Rio 2016 Paralympic Games

Today sees the opening ceremony of the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio, so you'll probably want to keep up with all the latest news and results Good luck to all our paralympians!

I just wanted to say a big welcome to any new or returning Further Education Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Sport students. My name is Dianne Hudson and I am Subject Librarian for Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Sport.  I will be posting details of events and other hair, beauty  and sport information via this blog.
