The Secret of Health, Fitness and Happiness...

The Vitality Show is taking place at Olympia, London, 27 -30th March 2008. There are plenty of interesting attractions at the show, including a hair salon, BUPA health assessment centre (where you can get a free mini heath check), a day spa, and new for 2008 is a happiness theatre where you can 'unlock the key to true happiness'. Another new attraction for 2008 is the Top Sante Anti Aging Clinic, where there will be expert speakers to answer questions- probably not something that's needed for you just yet, but might be of help for advising clients!
