Watch Channel 4 at 8-9pm tomorrow (Wednesday 13th January), to see Episode 2 of the current series of Mary Portas: Secret Shopper to see Mary Portas visit a struggling hair salon in Kent. It appears that the quality of the customer service is not what you might expect, so worth watching to see if Ms Portas succeeds in her mission to save the failing hair salon.
