Loan copies of the second edition of  Foundations of Sports Coaching, Robinson, are now available. It is also available as an ebook, through E-Resources and Dawson Books.

Free Online Subscription to Trade Magazines

Reading trade magazines is a great way to keep up with all that's happening in industry, and you can sign up to receive some of these by email for free.  Titles include Spa Business, Spa Opportunities, Heath and Fitness, Sports Management, and CLADmag (an architecture and design magazine that includes spas and sport centres etc.). New Collection of Art Nouveau Designs in VADS

One of the world's largest collections of work by Glasgow Style designer Talwyn Morris has been launched online by the Visual Arts Data Service (VADS) for free use in education and research. If you are looking for creative inspiration, you might like to have a look at this large collection of books to see their art nouveau design covers. VADS provides free online access to over 140,00 images for use in education, from over 300 collections across the UK and is hosted by the University for the Creative Arts (UCA).

BASES Student Conference 2017

The 2017 BASES (British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences) student conference  will take place 12-13th April at the University of St Mark & St John, Plymouth. The conference title this year is Clinical Exercise Science, and will be of interest to both Sports Therapy and Sport and Fitness students.  Here's more about the conference and the conference programme.
