CLADBOOK

The first edition of CLADbook (CLAD is a really useful design magazine that includes features on sports stadiums, fitness centres and spas) is available in digital format.  CLADbook 2017 has great photos, information, and designer profiles for new sport, fitness and spa buildings, including 'Green' sustainable developments. Well worth a read and it's in turning pages and PDF format.

Health Club Management January 2017 Issue

The January 2017 digital issue of Health Club Management is now available. In this issue (in the supplier and training news area on page 27) it is suggested that "The UK’s fitness workforce is “ill-equipped” to deal with the needs and requirements of a modern-day, diverse customer base – according to an industry report published today". The Raising the Bar 2016 report, compiled by Future Fit Training in partnership with ukactive and CIMSPA, charts the results of a survey which sets out to identify the ability of fitness employers and their employees to deliver a service in a market that increasingly includes special populations.
